Interpreter Tang

Tang used to work as an official interpreter at the APEC Summit, the Sino-European Entrepreneurs Summit, the Sino-Australasian Entrepreneurs Summit and the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games. Tang has also interpreted for former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown, former French Premier Jean-Pierre Raffarin and former Australian Premier John Howard, and received a master’s degree in interpreting from the School of Interpreting and Translation Studies, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and has studied at the Fu Jen Catholic University.

Tang has provided interpreting services for the WHO, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, the National Health and Family Planning Commission of China, China Central Television, the World Nuclear Association, Guangdong Television, Anhui Provincial Government, Guangdong Provincial Government, China Guangdong Nuclear Power Corporation, the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China, the Mobile World Congress, consulates in Guangzhou, the Guangdong International Tourism Industry Expo, the “Educational Leadership Learning Exchange” Forum, the South African Tourism Promotion Meeting, the 10th China International Small and Medium Enterprises Fair, the 15th annual meeting of the Association of Canadian Studies in China, etc.
